There has been a lot of news about Spore on the iPhone. While I don't have an iPhone I do think it's a cool device though I'm no apple fan boy.

In general I'm going to avoid covering the iPhone, DS and cell phone parts of spore. I'm really only interested in the main game and anything that ties in with it.

I still have hope that any console version will access the same Sporepedia as everyone else but mostly it seems obvious that all other spore spin off will not really be related to the main game in anything other then name a little functionality.

If your excited then I'm happy for you but mostly these other games just seem more like marketing a brand then true extensions of the core spore game.
