I really how that this is a 100% underwater creature. That fin on top and those webbed feet can only add to some kind of swimming score. I don't see gills but lets how this shark really swims.

Those are scary looking knees. Are those joints or do they just suddenly get all puffy?

Aesthetically I can't agree with those spikes on the arms. I can't think of any animal that would have weapons in such an awkward place. While they probably add to the attack score or whatever but I doubt the AI will figure out an animation to attack with them. I could be wrong but we'll see.
